Programme Manager - Agriculture
Plumpton College has a long standing forward thinking reputation for its Agriculture curriculum provision alongside a highly successful commercial farm. We are now seeking to recruit a Programme Manager to lead our Level 3 Further Education provision. You will, with the support of the Curriculum Manager, coordinate the students' experience in all aspects of their programme to ensure the best possible outcomes are secured as well as inspiring our students to be well motivated to make a significant contribution to future study and employment in their chosen career within Agriculture.
To support this next phase of ambitious growth and quality enhancement there is a £7m project underway at Plumpton college to redevelop teaching resources and facilities for the benefit of our Agriculture and Food students.
If you are an experienced Agricultural practitioner or a lecturer looking to progress and are looking for a role that will motivate you, challenge you and give you plenty of variety, then this could well be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a professional, hardworking and confident team player with extensive experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry. You will be a highly effective teacher with learning and assessment experience, and the ability to coordinate and develop programmes effectively.
