We are looking to recruit professional and ambitious individuals to form an integral part of our growing college team.

We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Teacher to join our Fast Track Teacher Training scheme for our highly successful Agriculture Food and Environment department.  In this exciting role, you will receive full training to become a qualified Teacher, developing skills to deliver effective teaching learning, assessment and support to Agriculture students.

Our student numbers in this department have increased two-fold this year, and with over £7 million being invested in resources for our Agriculture and Food curriculum it is an excellent time to join the team.

Ideally the successful candidates will hold a Degree or a Level 4 Higher Diploma in Agriculture, or be Level 3 qualified and prepared to work towards Level 4. You will have excellent knowledge of Agriculture and have associated practical experience.
