Job Title: Part time Customer Service Administrator

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: This is a part time role of 20 hours per week spread over 4 days

Salary: £9.25ph

We are excited to be working with a local engineering company who are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated part time Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. You will be joining a fresh, clean, modern working environment with a very welcoming and friendly team.

In this role you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the management team and customer services department. Prior experience of working within a similar role in a manufacturing / engineering company would be highly beneficial.

The Role:

• Administrative support to the Customer Services Manager and General Manager. This will include servicing contracts, rental and lease, sales of new and used products, and exploring new markets and products.
• The delivery of customer surveys relating to Sales and Servicing.
• Dealing with customer queries in a focused professional approach, delivering excellent service.
• Regularly engaging with customers to ensure consistent positive working relationships.
• Compiling reports for customer service manager for monthly management meetings.

The Person:

• This is a part time role of 20 hour per week spread over 4 days.
• Previous Customer Service/Sales experience
• Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineer company is desirable
• You must be able to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Good team player with a can-do attitude
• Competent in the use of MS Office
