An exciting opportunity awaits you in the beautiful county of West Sussex, nestling in between the South Downs and the coast.

Following an internal restructure, we have an opportunity for dynamic SCPHN - School Nurses, who wish to maintain a clinical role whilst developing management and supervision skills (including safeguarding supervision) and leading a team forward in line with the Healthy Child Programme, including local and national priorities.

The 5-19 Healthy Child Programme team will include School Nurses, Staff Nurses, Assistant Practitioners, School Health Assistants, and our invaluable admin staff. All teams have a varied demographic with a range of identified local needs and work closely with partner agencies.

You will receive a full induction and training including training to support ChatHealth. You will be supported by an Area Manager and your local colleagues. There are monthly team lead meetings and integrated meetings with colleagues from the local authority as we move forward in the development of a revised offer to the school-aged population.
