We are seeking to appoint an International Social Trips & Activities Leader up to full time hours for our busy Young Learner Summer School on our Eastbourne and Hastings campuses to join our award-winning international team. The role is to organise the activity programme for international students which includes groups from age 11-17 years old from Ecuador, Japan, China, Italy and Spain. The post-holder will be supervised by the International Business Development Manager and be based at Eastbourne and Hastings campuses.

Up to full time hours are required between mid-June and the end of July with ad hoc hours available from mid-February 2020 through to mid-August 2020.

The post requires the willingness to travel between campuses and to work at weekends. The successful candidate will be well-organised, responsible and have the ability to relate well to and inspire young people. Some experience of working with young people would be preferred. A clean driving licence is required as well as the willingness to undertake minibus driver training.

Duties include organising and leading weekend and midweek excursions to places of interest in the UK, running afternoon activities such as sports, quizzes and treasure hunts and evening activities such as discos and talent nights.

Applicants who wish to work less than full time are also welcome to apply as we also require staff for occasional afternoons and weekends, and for sickness cover.
