Immediate start and this booking will be until end of December 2019

Location: Hove

Pay rate: £8.50p/h - £9.00p/h

Hours: Mon-Thu 12 noon - 8.00pm

Have you got a lively personality and can build rapport? Have you had experience in outbound calling but do not want to do cold calling sales?

This role will involve calling a list of clients that have already been pre-qualified and qualifying their details before passing them through to the Sales advisors to discuss their home and contents insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2C calling
• Qualifying the client over the phone
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service is given
• Working to call targets
• Updating the CRM

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a confident and outgoing personality with a great telephone manner.
