Title: Assistant / #2 Site Manager

Sector: Main Contractor

Salary: Perm up to £40k plus package, or £220 per day

Location: Brighton

We are currently conducting a search for a high-quality Assistant Site Manager to join a successful construction main contractor to work on a £5m carpark project in Brighton.

Our client is a well known and traditional main contractor based in Surrey that has projects in a variety of sectors, including museum refurbishments, housing developments and high end residential new builds and civils. 

The Assistant Site Manager will join a Project Manager to deliver an easy car park project that includes footpaths and a kiosk. This position with go for 12 months and is starting immediately. 

The right candidate can come from an engineering or construction background and have experience with ground works linked with commercial and residential developments. 

This role provides a very competitive salary, benefits (or freelance), excellent working conditions and the opportunity for career progression as part of a multi-discipline construction company. This company also have a central London office.
