Pilates Machine and Mat Work Instructors - Bridgeham

We are looking for enthusiastic, fully-qualified and experienced Pilates machine and mat instructors to join our growing team.

Bridgeham is a multi-disciplinary health and wellbeing clinic located in Crawley, West Sussex. 

We have a dedicated Pilates/Garuda machine studio equipped with Pilates machines and two Garuda machines, which makes Bridgeham the only clinic offering Garuda in the south east of England.  There is also a mirrored and barred Movement Studio, which allows Bridgeham to offer a wide variety of Pilates and other movement classes under one roof.  Our five consulting/treatment rooms offer osteopathy, massage (sports and therapeutic), acupuncture, nutrition, hypnotherapy, foot health, health screening and Pranic Healing, which offer the perfect feed in to group classes.

As an instructor at Bridgeham you will benefit from being around a team of experienced Pilates instructors and wellbeing practitioners, regular in-house continued professional development workshops and circuit classes and observing the various disciplines at Bridgeham.

Bridgeham is an ambitious family business and we take pride in bringing Pilates to the community.  We focus on precision of movement in our classes, educating our clients how to more well a they journey from ~broken to brilliant and beyond, increasing their knowledge of their body and its capabilities.

Applicants should ideally have completed a Garuda, Stott, Polestar, Body Control or an APPI machine course and can supply appropriate certification.  The ideal applicant will be mat, machine, Garuda, barre and pregnancy trained.  We are also looking for a minimum of two-years’ proven experience of teaching machine and mat work Pilates.  References will be required, together with evidence of appropriate insurance and current First Aid certification.

Bridgeham currently offers Pilates and Garuda mat work classes.  We would also consider –

• Yoga beginners and meditation
• Barre
• Buff Bones
• Garuda
• Pilates intermediate/advanced

to our existing class schedule.

The hours available for classes are:

9.30am - Wednesday and Friday

5.45pm - Monday and Friday

7.00pm - Monday, Thursday and Friday

We would also like to offer reformer/circuit classes in our machine studio.  Our current availability for these classes is:

9.30am - Monday          

8.00am - Saturday

9.00am - Saturday

10.00am - Saturday

The availability to do 1:1 Pilates machine sessions is:

8.00am to 2.00pm - Monday

4.00pm to 8.00pm - Wednesday

8.00am to 2.00pm - Friday

2.00pm to 8.00pm - Friday

11.00am to 4.00pm - Saturday

We offer a generous percentage fee split structure for appointments and classes.
