Are you a graduate who is looking to get into the sales industry?

Do you have a telesales background and would like to expand your skills and progress with an expanding and growing business?

For the first 6 months you will be expected to learn and understand all the products and services of the business and booking appointments for the sales team.
After this you will get the chance to start going out with the sales team to potential clients, to close the sale. The natural progression from here is to the field sales team or into account management but there are many opportunities within this company.

Location: Kent
Salary £20,000 + OTE £50,000

Key Responsibilities;
* Outbound B2B warm and cold calls
* Booking appointments for the field sales team
* Selling products and services
* Actively promote all products and services
* To work to and meet KPI's

The ideal candidate will have the follow skills or experience;
* Be educated to at least an A-level standard
* Have previous sales experience - although this is not essential
* Have excellent customer service skills along with a professional telephone manner
* Be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft
* Strong team player with a flexible approach
* Display hunger, motivation and passion to succeed
* Drive, or be learning to drive
