Red Flag Recruitment are looking to recruit full time Admissions Co-Ordinators to join our client’s office based in Brighton.

The role of an Admissions Co-Ordinator is one requiring high energy, enthusiasm and commitment to success. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, skilled communicator and positive motivator. You must be able to organise and prioritise many tasks effectively.

The role of an Admissions Co-Ordinator will involve taking inbound calls from customers, answering questions and queries, handling and processing all associated application documents and guiding customers through the application process.

Requirements of an Admissions Co-Ordinator:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Masters is preferred.
  • A warm and professional telephone manner.
  • Must have previous sales and customer service experience along with the ability to work in high performance standard, driven and team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience managing the admissions process is highly desired.
  • Must have extensive follow up skills and the ability to multitask and meet all deadlines.
  • Strong communication, telephone and computer skills.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (some flexibility).

Salary: £21,000/annum + team bonuses.
