Admin Assistant required at Balfour Primary School
Balfour Primary School requires a detail oriented, enthusiastic and flexible Admin Assistant with solid IT skills. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support with general office duties whilst also providing outstanding customer service to our families, students, staff and other stakeholders. Whilst experience in a school environment would be great, a customer-focused and can-do attitude are far more desirable. Candidates should be able to provide evidence of:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of a range of ICT packages, particularly Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented
- An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and able to use their own initiative
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable

Hours: The post holder will be expected to work term time only, 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: LGA scale 3, £18,795 - £19,171 pro rata. This post is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, so the actual starting salary will be £14,175.
Term: This is a permanent post.
