Description - As the Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will use technical, clinical, and market expertise to develop compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning strategies, developing supporting proof points and identifying new opportunities for Elekta’s solutions with focus on but not limited to Treatment planning (Monaco) & Analytics (Proknow)

Key Activities:

  • Provide Sales support and enablement
  • Responsible for outbound marketing strategies and programs
  • Implement commercialization plan for new product/feature launch
  • Work closely with portfolio management and regional marketing partners to validate product messaging and positioning
  • Ensure financial and market share targets are met   
  • Generate clinical evidence and proofs with KOLs

Responsibilities -

  • Work with portfolio management and regions to drive commercialization process for new products focused on but not limited to Treatment planning (Monaco) & Analytics (Proknow)
  • Create sales tools and clinical proof-points to support marketing messaging (Monaco, Plan challenges + Proknow Analytics)
  • Develop and validate value proposition, product messaging and positioning 
  • Drive the convertion to a “Treatment Manager Application” Model
  • Provide sales demos and support with key major potential customer sites
  • Support the Regions in building reference sites for Monaco & Proknow (customer profile, tools, deliverables, sales tools)
  • Maintains up to date product knowledge and current clinical trends
  • Ensure financial and market share targets are met
  • Market intelligence and feedback to business line
  • Build and maintain an active user community

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies

  • Master’s degree in Medical Physics or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy related field with professional certification as CMD and/or RT, or Biomedical with Physics experience.
  • Minimum Business and Marketing experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical or equivalent experience 
  • Expertly skilled at producing & delivering highly polished, compelling and professional presentations
  • Understanding data and analytics in healthcare field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for product demonstration, sales training and support.
  • Travel 30% both domestically and internationally is required.
