Job Details
Hours - 22.5 per week
Based at West Durrington campus
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator to support the curriculum planning process and the creation of a course master file. You will be responsible for the set-up and maintenance of course information within the MIS system and maintaining a robust culture of high data quality and accuracy. You will be liaising closely with curriculum managers and business support areas to improve data quality systems, processes, procedures, and policies.
It will be useful to have experience of working within an educational environment and of using a student records system. Experience of current UK FE funding methodology is also desirable. Essential previous experience would include maintaining and processing large quantities of data, including collection and analysis, experience of organising, scheduling and prioritising work to meet targets and critical deadlines and experience of working as part of a team.
