The post is for a period of a year commencing in September 2020.

The vacancy is full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time 22.5 hours per week Term Time Only. .The Sussex Community Foundation Trust Immunisation Service vaccinates children in schools and clinics across West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

Although this post is based within the Crawley team our whole service approach requires joint working across the whole of Sussex.

The SCFT Immunisation Service is looking for a Registered Nurse to be a part of one of our innovative and dynamic Immunisation teams dedicated to improving immunisation uptake and delivering the National evidence based Schools' Immunisation Programmes.
