Board Directors required

Healthwatch Brighton and Hove is recruiting Board Directors. We are a social enterprise with powers and responsibilities, and the official watchdog for health and social care in the city. We need people with a commitment to this agenda and expertise to offer either through their life experience or work, professional or voluntary. The Covid-19 pandemic has demonstrated how important our work is, ensuring that patient, user and citizen views and experience is kept in the forefront of policies and services. We are particularly seeking expertise with finance and links with the voluntary sector or community networks. We also want to diversify our Board, so we especially welcome people from Black, Asian or other ethnic minority backgrounds. We also would like to recruit younger people and people with experience of younger people’s issues.
