We are looking for a Hostel Advice Worker to work with our Senior Advice Worker and assume responsibility for assessing and meeting the financial well-being needs of our hostel residents.
This will include a sound knowledge of the welfare benefits system, making new claims, completing in depth forms, budgeting plans and supporting our clients with appointments.
Candidates should ideally have experience of working with homeless and disadvantaged clients; an empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience of working with this client group would be advantageous
