We have a new role for a corporate client based in Burgess Hill.

The Swedish Customer Service team is expanding, and they are looking for temporary support for 3-6 months. This could potentially go on longer.

There is a shift pattern to the placement, and this is 9am-5:30pm or 7am-3:30pm (the exact hours each week would be agreed in advance) This is office based. The start date would be 1st October 2020

This role is to provide customer support for the Point of Care Covid-19 testing over the telephone and by email.

Main duties include:

* Handling incoming calls from patients
* Contacting patients by telephone and email
* Helping patients with queries regarding testing
* Escalating patients queries to senior management
* Updating the relevant IT software
* Ensuring all patients data is saved a stored correctly.

To be successful in this position we need to have 2 years customer service experience over the telephone and have excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
You need to be able to demonstrate that you are confident, organised and can remain calm under pressure.
You must be able to speak both English and Swedish Fluently
