The Flour Pot Bakery is a family owned independent artisan bakery in Brighton & Hove, specialising in long fermented sourdough, yeasted breads and viennoiserie. We serve our own seven Flour Pot shops in the city and a growing wholesale customer base that appreciate the best quality hand-crafted products.
We require an experienced baker to join our skilled team and all applicants must be proficient in mixing, shaping and oven work. We make everything from scratch so it’s imperative the right candidate is committed to clean and consistent methodology and can work to deadlines for distribution.
Our usual start times are between 5 and 7pm and the role is for 5 evenings a week with 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays). We offer a competitive salary, further training, opportunities for progression and a friendly atmosphere.
