We are recruiting on behalf of a new independent & unique modern restaurant/bar in Brighton. The food offer will be a range of authentic small plate dishes from breakfast to dinner in addition to a contemporary drinks’ menu. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant Head Chef to manage the new kitchen team.

You will need to be confident leading a small kitchen team within a busy restaurant/bar environment and be happy to develop new and exciting menu items.

Desirable Qualities:

·Currently be a Head Chef with experience working within a small plate restaurant/bar with knowledge of the Brighton restaurant scene.

·Be passionate about food and be eager to develop fresh, seasonal new menus

·Have excellent knowledge of health, hygiene, and allergen practices and all areas of kitchen management, you would expect from an experienced Head Chef.
