TERM TIME ONLY excluding INSET Days

Max. 20 hours per week

Fixed term Contract until 31 December 2021 (with potential to extend subject to funding) - Secondment applications welcomed

NJC Grade 6

Salary £20,903 - £22,183 SCP 9-12

(£9,604 to £10,192 pro rata)

We are seeking an outstanding individual to fill the post of EYE Project Manager, starting as soon as possible. E.Y.E. stands for Eco, Young and Engaged. It is a project which currently supports schools across Worthing & Adur to promote and deliver their Eco/Sustainability agendas but is expanding to support schools across West Sussex.  The postholder will be home based with access to office facilities at a local Worthing area school.

Our Project Manager will organise Eco summits for clusters of schools across West Sussex, arrange networking meetings for school Eco leads, organise training sessions and workshops for school staff, issue a regular newsletter to member schools and manage the project website and twitter.

If you are enthusiastic about ECO matters and have experience of promoting an ECO agenda in an educational setting plus have project management, administration and data management experience we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will have experience of organising large conference events and be confident communicating with a variety of organisations and individuals.
