An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community HCA to work as part of the multi professional team within the Responsive Services in patient bedded units in Brighton and Hove.

The bedded units provide an environment for patients to continue their rehabilitation out of the acute hospital environment.

The role is to support the trained staff to care for patients in an in-patient environment.

We are looking for an experienced healthcare assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills, phlebotomy skills and experience in working as a HCA in primary or secondary care.

The successful candidate will work under supervision of the Senior nurses within the team assisting in the ongoing assessment of care needs with senior staff, reporting all changes in patient status to the senior team leader and providing nursing care to patients as they continue with their re-enablement.
