Are you a looking for a new opportunity in healthcare? Do you enjoy motivating patients to help them reach their full potential, assisting with their safe discharge from hospital? We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to become part of our multidisciplinary team. These posts offer you the opportunity to use your clinical skills and knowledge within a community hospital setting.

Salvington Lodge Hospital provides multidisciplinary-led rehabilitation and sub-acute care to local residents, as well as managing complex discharges. If you want to work with a team who are happy, proactive, caring, patient and carer-orientated, have a creative problem solving holistic approach and are keen to develop and support team members, then this is the job for you.

We have an embedded Care Certificate programme for our Healthcare Assistants, and we provide clinical placements for nursing and therapy students as well as those returning to practice across our community hospitals.

Our last Care Quality Commission inspection rated our community inpatient services as 'Outstanding' for caring, and our Trust's overall rating is 'Good'.
