Receptionist - Temporary Position
My client based in Shoreham is looking for a temporary receptionist to cover long term sickness, this is a part time role starting on Monday 2nd November. You will be based within the office however social distancing is taken extremely seriously and you will be lone working in your area most of the time so a proactive self starter is needed. Along with being the main contact for calls you will also have general administration duties so a proficient user of Microsoft office is required:
* Hours - 8am - 2pm
* First point of contact for all incoming calls
* Taking messages and checking diaries to see when managers will be free
* Managing all reception emails
* General admin duties, including data entry, scanning and filing
The successful candidate must be available to start on Monday 2nd November and be happy with a part time temporary role, this role will be assessed weekly and will be ongoing.
