Apprenticeship in Infrastructure Technician & IT Support
This role will be assisting to provide IT Support and new installs to our customers; learn about all current, legacy and new technologies, and how to be proactive and provide exemplary customer service.
Weekly wage £157.50
Working week: 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch break Total hours per week: 35.00
Expected duration 12 months
Possible start date 14 Dec 2020
Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level 3 (A level)
Apprenticeship summary
We are looking for a keen and capable person to join our business as an apprentice. We can offer extensive 1 on 1 training and coaching. You will help us manage our customers, carry out project work and installs, and learn about everything we do. We offer numerous services which cover every facet of SME IT Support and you will learn them all. Beyond IT support we also offer WordPress development, web hosting, cloud services, access and communication solutions (lease lines, FTTC, etc.), VOIP telephony, network design and install. During your apprenticeship we will help you gain your qualifications. After your apprenticeship if you wish to specialize in any of the above areas, we will assist you with that. We are a small but growing business; this is a great opportunity for someone hardworking to kickstart their career in IT.
Duties include support for:

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) was created from the merger of City College Brighton and Northbrook College Sussex. It is the college for our City and our region and draws on 150 years of heritage, history and experience.
