Fabric Engineer - Newark
Seeking a Fabric Engineer to provide Reactive maintenance on the contract around the Newark area
You will be providing a wide range of reactive maintenance including: Leaks, Lock Changes, Roof repairs, Painting & Decorating, Drainage, light bulb replacements and general Building Fabric maintenance.
* £25,000 (base salary)
* Company Van
* Optional Overtime
* 1 in 5 Call Out Rota (£100 Standby min 4 Hours Paid at Overtime)
