This is a diverse Office role, working for a well-established electrical firm in Brighton. The role will encompass general administrative jobs and help with day to day running of the office. There are 2 apprenticeship positions for this role.

Working week Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch break.

Total hours per week: 35.00

Expected duration 18 months

Possible start date 17 Dec 2020​

Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level 3 (A level)

Apprenticeship summary:

Duties will include:

• Answering phone calls
• Taking and delivering messages using Clik software
• Inputting data using various software
• Signing for deliveries
• Typing quotations / documents
• General day to day running of the office

Requirements and prospects Desired skills

• Basic computer skill
• Experience in handling phone calls would be beneficial but not essential

Personal qualities

• Highly Motivated
• Great organisational and communication skills
• The candidate must have strong attention to detail and work well in a team

Desired qualifications

• GCSE maths and English (Grades 9-4 (A*-C)) or equivalent
