Are you an Accredited CBT Therapist and Supervisor looking for their next step?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accredited CBT Therapist and qualified Supervisor working full time in a high-performing IAPT service.

Being a senior team member you will be able to use your skills, knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to providing psychological therapies in a role where you can influence the development of both clinicians and services in addition to holding your own caseload.

We are a highly successful, established team of psychological therapists working in GP practices and community venues providing the complete range of NICE compliant psychological therapies, including Step 3 high intensity psychological interventions, across the south of West Sussex. Time To Talk is a nationally-recognised IAPT service and has a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation and collaborative working with secondary care and voluntary services.

The multidisciplinary team consists of CBT Therapists, Counsellors, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Administrators and Employment Advisors. We are commissioned to provide services from 8am to 8pm and all staff are required to contribute 7.5 hours of cover over this daily time frame.

This is a team that supports each other in and between each of the disciplines; we value the team spirit and encourage all staff to be as mindful of their colleagues as they are of our clients.

As part of the South team, working out of the Worthing base, you must be willing and able to travel across the locality and throughout West Sussex as required.

We have currently adapted our practices to enable many staff to work at home. This will not be a permanent working arrangement, and for a Senior Psychological Therapist the emphasis will be working from an office base.

This post may close earlier than the published closing date if sufficient applications are received.
