We have an exciting opportunity available for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT).

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our team; a motivated individual looking for a rewarding role in a service that makes a difference.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will become part of our professional and friendly Brighton and Hove Primary Care Network (PCN) team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to all of our patients.

The team is both friendly and supportive, with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of care.
