Pertemps Crawley have a fantastic opportunity to join leading company within their field based Horsham.

Responsibilities:

-Provide support within all Key HR activities and Employee relation issues for instance Absence Management, Performance Management, Disciplinaries and Grievances
-Communicate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the requirements needed within the individual teams
-Track the recruitment process, creating job adverts, manage the applications and arranging interviews for potential candidates
-Assist the HR team when required to review policies and procedures, legislation and best practice
-Assist new starters with the onboarding process and also assist the leavers and follow the procedures in line with the HR lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Be level CIPD 3 qualified (preferred Level 5)
-Previous experience within an HR/Recruitment advisor role
-Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines within a fast paced, agile environment.
-Be experienced in Managing Recruitment Agencies, and experienced in dealing with third party suppliers
