Position: Head of Business Development
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Currently working remotely)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: up to £70,000 per annum based on experience, plus annual performance related bonus

About the role

As the Head of Business Development at Vero Screening you will inspire our experienced sales team through your development and implementation of strategy designed to drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with our client services and operations departments to maximise on all commercial opportunities and work closely with marketing to develop effective and robust sales campaigns.

You’ll be integral in helping drive product innovation by building on new and existing relationships, developing an understanding of different sectors and client specific trends.

To be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate:

A strong background within a B2B sales and business development environment; ideally from a related industry with a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions.
a proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services that the company delivers and position them against competitors.
A proven track record of coaching sales teams to drive individual and team sales performance.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets and revenue growth plans.
