An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Planned Treatment Centre (PTC) at Crawley Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Lead to join our service.

The Planned Treatment Centre is a clinic environment that treats patients from the local area. The service is commissioned to provide ongoing management of acute, chronic and complex wounds between the hours of 7:15am-3:45pm during the week and on Saturday mornings.

As the Team Lead you will be responsible for the ongoing clinical, operational performance and financial management of the service, and ensuring effective, efficient resource utilisation to enable quality, evidenced-based patient care. You will also oversee staff management, supervision and development including personal development reviews, supported the by the Clinical Service Manager.
