We are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who has a passion for delivering high quality care within a community setting. The post is for 22.5 hours per week and will be working within the Haywards Heath Primary Care Networks Community Team, based at Nightingale Primary Care Centre in Haywards Heath. The post holder will be available to work 3 x 7.5 hours shifts across 7 days, predominantly working Monday to Friday with an occasional weekend being needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for a career within healthcare or an existing Band 2 or 3 Healthcare Assistant who wants to develop their clinical knowledge and practice within the community. Community and healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given to develop the skills and knowledge required for this role, e.g. insulin administration, wound care, completing observations, and venepuncture.
