We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and enthusiastic Drama Teacher with a passion for their subject and a commitment to ensure that every pupil flourishes.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, creative and flexible individual is required to provide high quality teaching in LAMDA in a busy Performing Arts department within Roedean. The individual will have experience in teaching secondary school age students, an excellent knowledge of the LAMDA syllabus and examination process, a background in drama and strong skills in script work and monologue technique. There will also be the opportunity to teach drama in our new Performing Arts School within Roedean.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young people, and has an interest in them as individuals, ensuring that every pupil succeeds and gets the support and encouragement they need, as well as having the insight and communication skills to build strong relationships across the school.
