We're looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor to join our 0-5 Healthy Child Programme team, based in Horsham Hospital.

The Healthy Child Programme team offer a proactive approach to delivering the Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with school nurses, early help staff at children and family centres and multi-agency teams to deliver the best outcomes for children.

Our service in West Sussex has achieved full Unicef Baby Friendly accreditation and we recently received the Unicef UK Baby Friendly Gold Award. Staff joining our team receive two days' infant feeding training, along with promotional guides training and speech and language training.

SCFT offers excellent support to staff with regular high quality supervision, wellbeing support and opportunities for personal and professional development.
