What you will be doing

You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with learning disabilities and/or associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Whether you have been a Healthcare Assistant or a Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

Where you will be working

Location: (Apply online only) Heene Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 4NY

You will be working at Bradfield House, a service which provides a specialist residential service for Men and Women with a range of learning disabilities, including autism, and sensory and communication impairments.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
