Job: Part Time Office Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm

Salary: £10.00 - £12.00 per hour (DOE)

Location: Henfield (must have access to own transport)

Start Date: February 2021

After a year of expantion, our client are pleased to be offering a new Part Time position within their Sales and Service department, for an Administrator with a keen eye for details.

The aim of this role will be to support the Office team with a range of administrative tasks which will see you input order details into the central system to produce Sales Orders and Invoices, as well as input required information to generate courier labels ready for dispatch.

Other tasks may include filing, assisting the Parts or Sales teams with adhoc duties and acting as an overflow for the phones and redirecting calls or taking messages.

Skills and experience

Accurate typist with an eye for detail
Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Office
Organised and methodical in approach to work
