Customer Representative

Customer Service (inbound) £18,039 - £20731 (inclusive of bonus)

A number of immediate start & exciting opportunities have come up for individuals experienced within Customer Service based in Bexhill on Sea

This role will begin working from home and then there will be a return to the modern office with sea views and great on-site facilities including restaurant and Cafe.

This is a great opportunity with a number of customer service and retention advisor positions available. There is structured career progression & you will be working for one of the top employers in the East Sussex area.

Some of the Duties:

* Dealing a variety of inbound calls
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries on the phone
* Dealing with queries via email, live chat, on the phone and Instant messages
* Discussing different options and retaining customers through discussing full packages available
* Dealing with and resolving potential complaints at the first instance

Experience Required:
* 12 months customer service experience of any kind - preferable contact centre but not essential
* Excellent communicator
* People who thrive in a fast paced environment
