We have an exciting opportunity to offer a motivated individual who is interested in working with the Lancing Community team.

We are looking for a Band 4 Nursing Associate, who will work independently under the guidance and direction of the Senior Nurse, to support and deliver a range of clinical activities in line with patients' individual care and treatment plans.

Applicants must have a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care (Adult Nursing), as well as excellent clinical, communication and team-working skills.

We offer a comprehensive induction programme and excellent ongoing professional development opportunities.

Your role will include participating in audit, and supporting Healthcare Assistants and Student Nurses on placements within the team.

A willingness to develop new skills and embrace change is expected. You will need the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative with sound clinical knowledge and judgement.

Informal visits prior to interview would be welcomed.

Candidates must have a driving licence and use of a car for work purposes. Applications from Assistant Practitioners with a willingness to undertake additional training are welcomed.
