Community Staff Nurse - 30 hours per week
Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Would you like to develop a wide range of nursing skills in a community setting?
Cissbury Integrated Care (CIC) Primary Care Network (PCN), based at Durrington Health Centre, are excited to be offering a part time position for a Band 5 Registered Nurse (RN Adult). We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual to expand our workforce in a busy and well established community team. CIC PCN provides nursing services to the local area and we have the privilege of working with a diverse population in a coastal location. Our community nurses benefit from having continual opportunities to develop an excellent skillset and become autonomous practitioners whilst working as part of a team delivering high quality, holistic care to patients in their own homes.
Successful applicants will have a recognised qualification in Adult Nursing, a driving licence and a car. Prior experience in a community setting is desirable, but a full induction and training will be provided.
