FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) - rotating shifts including weekends (attractive weekend enhancements).

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Facilities team, which covers the Housekeeping, Catering, Domestic, Portering and Admin departments at our Lindridge site in Hove.

Our ideal candidate will have experience within a Facilities team in a hospital environment, a good understanding of catering and housekeeping roles, and experience of supervising and managing staff.

You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, and be able to assess workloads and prioritise effectively. You must ensure our high departmental standards are maintained and regularly audited.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, good IT skills, flexibility to provide team cover and the ability to train, lead and motivate the team to make sure a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.
