This role is to provide assistance to the Practice Manager in helping to design and manage in-house projects. The candidate is able to work independently as well as part of a team in developing, maintaining and improving administrative services.

Apprenticeship summary

Working week: Monday to Friday, start and end times to be advised Total hours per week: 32.00

Expected duration: 18 months Possible start date: 01 Feb 2021 Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level 3 (A level)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship within our administration team.  You will provide high quality and efficient administration support to the management team.

You will be pro-active with a strong drive to succeed. You will have excellent communication skills, organisational and administrative skills, coupled with a proven ability to prioritise activities within a busy, in-house transactional environment.

A forward thinking individual, you will be a strong team player and integral to the on-going development of the administration team.

Duties include:

  • Overseeing projects and report findings to partners by presentation at meetings
  • Running clinical audits
  • Chronic disease recall invites
  • Receiving and processing medical reports
  • Working on current safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Assisting the practice manager

Full training will be provided, and the successful candidate will be supported through their Apprenticeship Programme.
