The role will be working closely with the Order Processing team, assisting with day-to-day duties, ensuring that order processing runs smoothly. In addition, you will be required to carry out a variety of tasks with a positive, can-do attitude within the company

Apprenticeship summary

Weekly wage £187.50

Working week: Monday to Friday, start times: 08:30 to 5:00 pm on Monday, 09:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday to Thursday and 09:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.

Lunch break - 30 minutes each day

Total hours per week: 37.50

Expected duration 12 months

Possible start date : 15 Mar 2021

Apprenticeship level : Intermediate Level 2 (GCSE)  

 

You will be working closely with the Order Processing team, assisting with day-to-day duties and ensuring that order processing runs as smoothly as possible. This is a modern IT distribution business where being efficient and methodical is essential. You will be well-organised, proactive, and be able to encourage positive change as well as manage day-to-day order processing activities.

We are a small organisation and having a small company mentality is a must. Although all the staff have their own core function within the business, all employees are trained on the business operation and can step in when necessary. As a Customer Service Representative your core responsibility will be order processing. In addition, you will be required to carry out a variety of tasks with a positive, can-do attitude within the company.

Duties include:

  • Customer Enquiries – liaise with customers via telephone, email and social media platforms
  • Customer Relationship - ensuring that a professional level of customer relationship is established and maintained
  • Order Processing - processing all the online and offline orders effectively and in a timely manner
  • Customer Relationship Management – up-dating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Warehousing & Packaging - creating shipping labels, packing orders, and organising our light warehouse
  • Problem Solving - adapting to the ever-changing work environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges
