Full-time - 37 hours per week
Based at our Kingston Buci Campus, Shoreham-By-Sea
We are seeking to appoint a Skills Coach who can engage with learners studying Business and Management and inspire them to achieve their potential in line with College and Awarding Body procedures.
Maintaining a caseload of 35 - 40 students you will be delivering skills coaching, support and learner assessments for the Business and Management apprenticeship programmes also delivering Functional Skills support to ensure learners achieve the level of competence required.
You will require effective working knowledge of the Apprenticeship programme with experience of assessing, internal verification and work based delivery models. You should also have relevant experience in Operational Management and or Project Management and have a customer-focused attitude with strong communication and IT skills.
You should hold both an assessors and IQA qualification and GCSE English & Maths (at grade C or above, or equivalent), also Level 2 Functional Skills (or working towards).
