We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual, with a proven track record of providing operational leadership at a senior level, to join us as Deputy Area Director for Adult Services. Our ideal candidate will be a visible leader who is innovative, credible and resilient, with experience of operational management and budgetary management, and leading on large scale change programmes.

The Deputy Area Director is a key member of the Area Management team, with overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality services through effective operational leadership across their portfolio of services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing adult community services across a large geographical area covering Brighton and Hove and High Weald, Lewes and Havens. Experience of leading the development of safe, effective, efficient and integrated services to ensure we achieve our Trust objective of 'excellent care at the heart of the community' is essential.
