Digital Media & Front of House Apprentice

We are looking for a confident and passionate apprentice to support with the day to day running of the community within the Plus X Innovation Hub in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

You will be the trained to be at the heart of the community of the Plus X Innovation Hub, welcoming all visitors and members with a positive and engaging attitude. You will be a key component in the success of the building, working with a close-knit team, assisting on a range of general and digital duties.

Day to Day you can expect to be:

• Developing new ideas to promote the business using social media/website and online presence
• Creating content for monthly internal newsletters
• Meeting and greeting visitors and taking them through signing in and out protocols
• Taking visitors and new members on tours of the building
• Dealing with enquiries about the Plus X building and its services
• Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces
• Supporting the Front of House team with admin and other general tasks
• Contributing content for internal use, to connect members
• Updating the team with new digital trends, platforms and using your creativity to think of innovative ways to engage with our audience
• Keeping yourself organised and managing your time effectively

• A good level of English, both written and verbal, is essential
• High level of attention to detail
• Digital literacy
