Full-time - 37 hours per week

 

Will be required to travel to all campuses

 

We are seeking to appoint a Coordinator to ensure the successful development and implementation of all elements of T Levels, Level 3 and the transition offer across the College. That appropriate infrastructure, resources, skills, processes and procedures are in place for T Level, Level 3 and transition offer and to lead on cross campus co-ordination of the T Level implementation plan including supporting Heads of Learning and teaching teams, extended placements, employer engagement and recruitment.

 

You will be liaising closely with awarding bodies, the DfE and ESFA to ensure the development of the curriculum offer introducing new approaches and processes, where appropriate and responding proactively to new requests for information or participation in events and activities from external agencies. You will be working collaboratively with Heads of Learning to integrate T Levels and transition offer into their planning for delivery from 2023 as per the implementation plan.

 

You should be educated to degree level and hold a teaching qualification.  You will require experience of collaborative working with external bodies, problem solving and analysis, with significant experience of delivering work experience and placements, of curriculum development and design and of performance management processes.  You should also have experience of supervision / coordination of staff.

 

You should be action oriented and progressive in approach – prepared to be radical!
