Duties of the role include:

  • Learn the opening and closing procedures. i.e. checking all fridges and freezer
  • Prepare sandwiches and pastries for breakfast
  • Prepare sandwiches, salads and any specials that we might need. You will have an input in what we are selling
  • Help to plate up orders for customers eating in
  • Learn the Deliveroo system and to help with outside orders
  • Help with stock taking and ordering
  • Learn how to deal with the general public
  • Be in charge of our food hygiene records
  • They will be fully trained as a Barista and will learn how to serve coffees and teas
  • Weekly wage £175.00

     

  • Working week 5 days a week, starting either at 09:30am or 10:00am, finishing at either 5:30pm or 6:00pm, with 1 hour lunch break. Details to be discussed. If the apprenticeship is day release, there will be one working day on day release at the college.

     

    Total hours per week: 35.00
