Duties include:

• Contacting existing customers to discuss new sales
• Contacting new customers to discuss new business sales
• Booking customer appointments for other team members
• Policy administration for new business
• Delegate incoming customer enquiries to the correct department
• Booking customer appointments for other team members
• Using Excel, Word & Outlook
• Using bespoke Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)

Desired qualifications

GCSE in English and maths (Grades 9-4 or A*-C) or equivalent desired. Alternatively, successful applicants will be undertaking functional skills in Mathematics and English as part of the apprenticeship with Greater Brighton Metropolitan College.

Future prospects

Progression into a full-time permanent position with ongoing training and personal development upon successful completion of the apprenticeship period.

Things to consider

There are opportunities for commission and enhanced hourly pay.

Weekly wage - £150.50

Working week Monday to Friday, either 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1 hour lunch break. Details to be confirmed

Total hours per week: 35.00

Expected duration - 15 months

Apprenticeship level - Intermediate Level 2 (GCSE)
