Duties include:
- Contacting existing customers to discuss new sales
- Contacting new customers to discuss new business sales
- Booking customer appointments for other team members
- Policy administration for new business
- Delegate incoming customer enquiries to the correct department
- Booking customer appointments for other team members
- Using Excel, Word & Outlook
- Using bespoke Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Requirements and prospects

- Computer Literate - Excel, Word and Outlook is beneficial

Desired qualifications
GCSE in English and maths (Grades 9-4 or A*-C) or equivalent desired. Alternatively, successful applicants will be undertaking functional skills in Mathematics and English as part of the apprenticeship with Greater Brighton Metropolitan College.
Future prospects
Progression into a full-time permanent position with ongoing training and personal development upon successful completion of the apprenticeship period.
Further qualifications and Professional CII (Chartered Institute of Insurers) funded training programs available.

There are opportunities for commission and enhanced hourly pay.

Working week Monday to Friday, either 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1 hour lunch break. Details to be confirmed
