PASTORAL LEADER (MATERNITY COVER)

NJC GRADE 7, points 14-19 - £23,080 - £25,481 (£19,706 - £21,756 pro rata)

Term Time Only plus INSET Days

Full time, 37 hours per week required from Mid July until July 2022

Working hours are: 8.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 3.45pm Friday

(30 minutes unpaid lunch)

Could you provide support, care and guidance for our students and promote high standards of behaviour?

We are seeking an outstanding individual to fill the post of Pastoral Leader to start mid July.

This important role within the school involves providing support, care and guidance for students within their assigned school year to maximise learning. From September 2021 the postholder would be assigned to Year 8. The person appointed will have to work effectively with Progress Leaders, the Leadership Team, the Inclusion Team and other school staff as required.  Of particular importance is liaison with parents, behaviour management, support with attendance, uniform and other welfare issues.
